Devender Kodam
Devender is a Chartered Accountant with more than 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Financial Planning and Auditing. He had prosperous working stints at leading advisory and consulting firms acr̥oss India. His core strength lies in Valuation, Debt and Private equity Syndication, CMA data Projections, Project Finance, handling IPO and FPOs, Restructuring and Asset Management. He specialises in improving the existing internal control systems of the Clients, handling share valuations and ESOPs Valuations for listed and unlisted public companies. His expertise and skills are pre-dominantly harnessed in the area of valuation of businesses, debt syndication and placement of equity.
At Capraise, Devender focuses on all sectors including FMCG, BFSI, Pharma & Healthcare, Infrastructure, IT/ITES, Stressed Asset Solutions & Special Situation Funds. He liaises with PEs, NBFCs, HFCs, ARCs, Banks, MNC Banks, Special Situation Funds, VCs, Family offices, Impact funds, RPs, Wealthy Corporates and HNIs.
Raja Kavichandra N C
Raja is the Founder and Managing Director at Capraise Advisors. His expertise lies in identifying positive prospects for development of a company. He is in charge of management and operations at Capraise. He deals with the A-Z of negotiations (origination, execution, closure, etc.) and the identification of notable profitable enterprises around the nation. His primary areas of expertise are networking and forging connections with key figures in the industry. Raja also engages in long-term planning, leadership development, and team building because these are his areas of competence and because they are all essential to the expansion of organisations. He constantly strives to meet goals set and is a team motivator as well as a crisis management.
